I founded LionPoint Coaching in 2020 to formalize my vision for leader-centric, clarity based executive coaching for founders and c-level executives and the organizations they lead. As an executive coach, I’ve partnered with dozens of early-stage leaders carefully shepherding their organizations through rapid growth while simultaneously preserving and enhancing their culture and growing as leaders. I’ve served at their side as they've achieved critical milestones, to include liquidity events and acquisition, and, of course, experienced the inevitable failures and critical learning that accompanies it. I also regularly advise other executive coaches, non-profits, and business leaders.

I was drawn to the study of leadership from my first days at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and my passion for the topic has only grown over the course of my career. Whether it was as a student-leader at Columbia Business School, team member at firms such as Bridgewater Associates and Talentism, pilot in the military, or an active supporter of non-profit organizations, I’ve always made guiding and advising others my primary focus.

A New York native, I call the Boston area home along with my wife, Janine, and daughter, Clara. Without question, my most important role as a “coach” is as a father. No experience has taught me more about the significance of actualizing one’s authentic potential than raising a daughter who will continue to play her own increasing role in helping advance humankind forward in her own unique way.
